Jack Drwiega  and Ameena Khan joined the CCI team in the Fall. Jack will be working in the field as a Process Engineer, working directly with utilities and the Technical Facility to solve environmental solutions efficiently. He brings 6 years experience as a full-time environmental engineer and prepared a Master’s thesis in engineering surrounding the development of magnetic particles.

Ameena Khan, Ph.D.  works as an additional resource in research and development. She graduated with her Ph. D. in 2006, focusing on tailoring activated carbon to remove metals. She also brings 4 years experience in the field working as a practicing engineer.

This process would reduce waste production and subsequently lead to a greener process.
